Our home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage you to join us during the inspection, However we respectfully request you show up at the last hour of the (4) hours inspection.  I will have a good idea of the issues with the home and we can go over them and I can answer any questions you might have. Having you with us on the inspection also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter, turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency.

A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won’t remember all the important details. That’s why we provide a comprehensive written report to serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.

We use State of the Art Home Inspection Software, and your pre-inspection contract, along with your finished home inspection report, can be sent to you in a email, or in  a text link, and this report can be sent to your real estate agent at your request as well. The agent can begin to make a repair request on your behalf based of the findings in the report.  This software is great for the person working, that can't afford to take off work to sign paperwork, this fits todays lifestyle where everything is handled via your cell phone, or your computer.
